Changes in the Supervisory Board

Yesterday (January 23rd), the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of ZA Puławy SA elected new members of the Company’s Supervisory Board. 

The new members are Ms Marzenna Weresa, associate professor and director of the World Economy Research Institute at the Warsaw School of Economics, and Mr Leo Turno, member of the Management Board of Power Media Sp. z o.o. 
The newly elected members of the Supervisory Board replaced Mr Andrzej Murawski, former chairman of the Board, and Mr Piotr Paliło.
The other members of the Supervisory Board of ZA Puławy SA are:
Mr Janusz Radomski, Mr Jacek Wójtowicz, and Mr Zbigniew Tkaczyk.
